IAN GARRY’S life is a bit of a fantasy at the moment as he continues to rack up wins inside and outside the octagon.

Fresh off his most impressive showing to date against respected veteran Neil Magny, the 25-year-old shared another landslide victory he’s pulled off.

He shared a glimpse of his NFL fantasy football match-up for Week 2 of the regular season that was against none other than Jake Paul.

The two are on surprisingly friendly terms with the Dubliner having recently signed for Paul’s media agency.

We say surprisingly since the Youtuber-turned-boxer has consistently chirped back and forth on social media with Garry’s idol Conor McGregor.

But during an appearance on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, Garry explained how he felt the move wouldn’t harm his relationship with The Notorious in the slightest.

He said: “I am Conor’s biggest fan. I am literally the first fighter of a generation to make it to the UFC because of Conor’s rise.

“What they wanna do and what they have and their personal beef has nothing to do with it.

“If you have two friends that don’t get on, if you have two people that know they don’t get on, you can still be friends with both.

“You can still do business with both. You can still talk to both.

“You can still go to both of their houses and have dinner.

“What they have has nothing to do with me. That’s called being an adult.”

The Future first dipped his toe into combat sports when he began boxing training as a 10-year-old.

But on the back of McGregor mania taking hold in Ireland as he swept through the MMA world he took up judo to add to his arsenal.

Having become a black belt in that discipline by the time he was 18, he had his first professional fight by 21.
